We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. This is why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!We’ve got practiced administrators whose primary job is to ensure that your site functions exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to accomplish all website migrations ASAP. Nonetheless, we don’t have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are different factors that you need to take into account – the sheer size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We always strive to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller–sized sites, our staff usually manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: Yup. We’ll require the name of the web site that you would like us to migrate. We will also need a way to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your web site.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. Once the transfer is finished, we’ll ensure that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to notifying you that the migration is done. Then we’ll instruct you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: While we move your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

A: Yeah. We support all common Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows hosting services ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary site building and management tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
